Section 22
Assessment of damage
: (1) If the multimodal transport operator agrees to transport the goods in accordance with the multimodal transport contract, if such goods are lost before they are transferred in accordance with the multimodal transport contract, if there is a loss or damage or if there is a situation where compensation for the damage caused by any other reason is created, Damaged or damaged goods will be assessed based on the reasonable value of the goods at the place of delivery and at the time of delivery.
